The Chino Basin Water Conservation District is proud to release its 2016/17 Annual Report. The document summarizes the District’s very busy year, which included:

  • adopting a new Strategic Plan;
  • swearing in of three new Board Members;
  • the retirement of long-time Executive Director Eunice Ulloa;
  • a proposal to consolidate the District;
  • and the fifth year of the California drought, followed by the Governor’s declaration officially bringing it to an end.

As the report highlights, the District turned changes and challenges into opportunities for successful collaboration, growth, and innovation.
