Celebrate Earth Day with fellow educators, earth scientists and the NASA JPL and CBWCD Outreach teams!
See the water beneath our feet from the eyes in the sky! Throughout this workshop, we'll investigate our water cycle here in Southern California, demonstrate curriculum resources for student exploration of rainfall patterns, aquifers, and satellite data, and learn more about how engineering feats have allowed scientists to use satellites to measure water from space!
Lunch will be provided. Bring your kids or grandkids! We'll provide simultaneous youth education programs for your family.
