1. GROUNDWATER GUARDIANS: YOUTH VOLUNTEER COHORT

A PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS TO TAKE ACTION ABOUT WATER CONSERVATION

Have you ever wanted to gain more experience as a steward and leader within your community? In our new Groundwater Guardians: Youth Volunteer Cohort program, students from 6th-12th grade will work with our educators to develop a community action project related to groundwater and volunteer at Waterwise Community Center events! Joining our cohort means you will be an ambassador for the Chino Groundwater Basin and the Waterwise Community Center, helping to increase knowledge about our groundwater and finding solutions to problems that our water faces every day! Each of our Ambassadors will also receive community service hours and a scholarship of $250 for their contributions.
