Efficient Watering for Fruit Trees & Vegetable Gardens - In Person Workshop

Efficiently water your fruit trees and home-grown veggies to save water, increase plant health, and enjoy a delicious harvest. Participants will learn: -How to build two approaches to irrigating fruit trees: High-efficiency sprays and in-line drip irrigation. -How to build drip irrigation systems for vegetable beds, including raised and in-ground beds. -How often and how long to run these systems at different times of the year for maximum plant health without wasting any extra water. -We will also provide parts lists and sources for each type of irrigation system we discuss. This class will be held ENTIRELY outdoors, so please check the weather and dress appropriately. Please bring water, a hat, sunblock, etc. as appropriate for the weather. Masks will be required while participating in the workshop to ensure all attendees are able to be involved while feeling safe around all other participants.
