Alicia Fernandez joined the CBWCD in May of 2023. Alicia has over 18 years of combined experience serving both the private and public sectors in the areas of Development Services/Public Works, Administration, City/Board Clerk Services, and Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of La Verne. She also holds the Certified Municipal Clerk certification from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks and is a commissioned State of California notary public. Alicia enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, the beach, jogging, and working on her succulent garden. |
