Mark Ligtenberg was born in Pasadena and lived most of his life in Chino and Ontario. Mr. Ligtenberg attended Ontario Christian High School.
Mr. Ligtenberg is currently self-employed as an electrician. He was appointed at District 4 for Chino Basin Water Conservation District in 2016 and appointed again in 2020.
On his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
