Help us create something new at the Waterwise Community Center!

Saturday, May 3rd | 10:00am – 12:00pm

Join us on Saturday, May 3rd from 10am-12pm to participate in a hands-on workshop to help us design a new Nature Exploration Play Area for our park.

 Nature Exploration Areas are very special spaces that connect kids of all ages to nature through physical play as well as quiet spaces to explore and experiment. We will be working with a design firm to learn about innovative play and ways to make this design inclusive for the little ones in our neighborhood and beyond.

Come find out more about this special project and share your input. Kids and adults will be invited to put on their “designer hats” and join a design station to draw or create a 3-dimensional model of the play area they wish for! Photo boards of concept designs will also be on display and attendees can vote for designs they like.
