Elizabeth Willis was born and raised in Upland and a graduate of Upland High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and her Masters in Public Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. Elizabeth worked on a host of environmental issues in City Hall in Los Angeles for eight years. For the last five of those years, Elizbeth led City Plants, L.A.’s tree planting initiative. She worked across departments and with seven non-profit organizations to fund, plant, and distribute 100,000 trees during her tenure. She has also worked as a communications consultant for SAWPA and in community relations for Waste Management. |
