Judy is an Office Assistant II with the CBWCD and has 30 years of experience in front office and customer service. She has 37 years of gardening experience and became a certified Master Gardener in 2011. During that time, she developed a passion for composting, recycling, and repurposing which serves her well in her role with the Water Conservation District. |
