SCHEDULE OF RFP EVENTS

It is the goal of the District to select the consultant by OCTOBER 2022. In preparation for that action, the following schedule of events has been prepared.

Mandatory Site Walk **August 12, 2022, AT 3 P.M.
Deadline for Written Questions August 19, 2022, AT 5 P.M.
Responses to Questions August 26, 2022, AT 5 P.M.
Proposals are Due September 2, 2022, AT 3 P.M.
Interviews [OPTIONAL] WEEK OF September 19, 2022
Approval of Contract October 10, 2022

*All dates are subject to change at the discretion of the District.

**All proposers must have a representative attend the mandatory site walk to bid on this project.

All questions, requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions or deviations to the Scope of Work set forth in this RFP must be submitted via email:

Compost Giveaway scheduled for Jan 3 is CANCELED due to muddy conditions in the giveaway area after the recent storm.

The Waterwise Community Center and public garden will be closed from Dec. 24th - Dec. 26th and from Dec. 29th - Jan 1st.

The Waterwise Community Nursery and public garden will be open to the public on Saturday, Dec. 27th.

We will fully reopen to the public starting on Friday, January 2nd.
