The CHINO BASIN WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, is seeking quotations from qualified vendors/firms for a Garden Entrance Information Kiosk and Brochure Holder. Quotes must be submitted on the District provided Bid Sheet and must be received by Friday, September 6, 2024, by 2:00 p.m. at the Chino Basin Water Conservation District Office, located at 4594 San Bernardino Street, Montclair, California 91763 or via email.
Requests of the RFQ may be made by completing the “Prospective Bidder Contact Information” down below (please scroll down).
All quotations shall be addressed to Alicia Fernandez, Administrative Services Manager, or afernandez@cbwcd.org stating the company name, address, contact name, title, and telephone numbers.
The quotes must be signed by a qualified agent of the company submitting the quote.
Chino Basin Water Conservation District reserves the right to accept or reject, in the best interest of the District, any or all quotes and/or any alternate items thereof.
No bidder may withdraw his/her quote for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for closing thereof.

It is the responsibility of the vendor/firm to make sure the response to the RFQ is in the possession of the District, prior to the date and time indicated. Otherwise, the RFQ response will be rejected and not considered. Quotations received after the deadline will be considered late. Late quotations will not be accepted and will be returned to the vendor/firm unopened. Faxed proposals are not acceptable.
