The CHINO BASIN WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as the DISTRICT, will accept responses for Request for Proposals for ON-CALL STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES until Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the Chino Basin Water Conservation District, located at 4594 San Bernardino Street, Montclair, California 91763. Proposals received after the deadline will be considered late. Late proposals will not be accepted and will be returned to the respondent unopened. Faxed proposals are not acceptable.
Requests for transmittal of the RFP by email shall be addressed to afernandez@cbwcd.org stating the RFP No. and title in the subject line, requesting person’s name and title, firm name, email address, and telephone numbers.
For submittals via mail, the envelope containing the Response to RFP must be sealed and contain the words “ON-CALL STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES: Proposal Submittal.” For submittals via email, one (1) PDF version of the proposal should be emailed with the same words in the subject line. Please refer to Section 4, “Submittal of Proposal” for submittal instructions.
Brief Description of Scope of Work: The Chino Basin Water Conservation District (District) is requesting proposals for the services of a qualified firm to augment the District’s existing communications efforts to keep residents of the Chino Groundwater Basin informed on the District’s efforts to protect and expand water supply and storage, as well as water use efficiency programs available to cities served by the District.

• Response to Questions due Thursday, May 1, 2025 by 2:00 p.m.
• Proposals due by Thursday, May 8, 2025 by 2:00 p.m.
• Interviews will be tentatively scheduled the week of May 19, 2025
• Selection by June 2025
