Director Coker lives in Ontario with her husband Dustin and two children, Ethan and Andrew. She has worked as an engineer with a focus on water resources for 10 years, with 8 years at public agencies within the Chino Basin.
Director Coker holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and a MS in Environmental Engineering from Cal State Fullerton. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California and also earned a Water Treatment Grade 2 certification.
