Ryan Sonnenberg was born in and has lived his entire life in Chino. Mr. Sonnenberg attended Don Antonio Lugo High School, Mt. San Antonio College & multiple vocational programs.
Mr. Sonnenberg is currently a water treatment plant operator for Three Valleys MWD 25,000,000 gallon a day conventional treatment plant which is a member agency of The Metropolitan Water District. Prior to that, he was employed by the City of Chino Hills Public Works Department for 7 years and served in the Water Production, Water Distribution, Customer Service and Landscape Divisions.
Director Sonnenberg holds a State Water Resources Control Board Water Treatment Grade 4 and Water Distribution Grade 4, CSU Sacramento Water Treatment Plant Specialist Certification and an American Water Works Association Water Quality Laboratory Analyst Certification.
